Your responsibilities

  • quality customer service department work organization and control;

  • quality assurance of customer service processes and policy assurance;

  • introduction and monitoring of customer service department performance indicators;

  • smooth point of sale - ensuring the operation of islands / shops;

  • optimization of the department's work process;

  • ensuring the highest quality of customer service;

  • ensuring of reaching department KPI‘s and sales point sales results;

  • problem solving, identification and control of customer complaint handling procedures;

  • work with an internal contact center: indicator monitoring, staff training, reporting, process optimization;

  • instructing the customer service and sales staff of the department employee;

  • introduction of new customer service processes and process improvement;

  • monitoring the activities of the department, preparation and submission of activity reports;

  • monitoring the implementation of the customer service standard, monitoring and analysis of the results;

  • maintenance and improvement of the motivation system for customer service managers;

  • creation and supervision of work schedules;

  • management of accounting documents;

  • sales program management.

Our requirements

  • Higher Education;

  • team management and motivation skills;

  • work experience in the field of customer service, consulting; sales management

  • experience of leadership teams;

  • communication skills that meet high standards;

  • ability to manage, accumulate and systematize information, prepare conclusions, department plans and reports;

  • independent departmental activities and analysis;

  • seeking to resolve conflict situations;

  • driver's license;

  • Retail network management experience.

  • English language
