Customer Service Representative for French market

An excellent opportunity has become available to join Kennametal as a Customer Service Representative for the French market.
The successful candidate will be responsible for a broad variety of administrative and support related tasks that cover the order life-cycle process. We are looking for an outgoing, socially confident person with customer support experience, or previous experience in a customer facing environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Supporting the local shared service in France
• Direct email and phone contact with customers
• Serving Order to Cash process through quotations, orders preparation and delivery monitoring in SAP
• Handling complaints and returns in SAP and CRM systems
• Active cooperation with sales engineers, production, logistics and finance to deliver highest customer service standards
