Your responsibilities
Daily contact with the client and ensuring the highest quality of service
Support in the implementation of the order stages along with administrative activities
Supervising the implementation of the contract and reporting cooperation with the client
Close collaboration with operational and sales teams
Working on platforms such as Transporeon
Working with EDI
Caring for KPIs
Our requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service - work in the transport or logistics industry
Knowledge of Polish and English language at a very good level
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook
Good organizational skills and accuracy in daily work

Higher education in the topic of transport or logistics
