What will you be doing?
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to serve customers in the construction industry (Building Envelope). Thanks to your excellent customer facing skills you will be playing a major part in the operational processes to book and deliver our orders in time with the best possible service.
In this role, you will be responsible for all key customer services processes for your customers, like Order Entry, Order Book management and complaints management.
On a daily basis you will be dealing with many colleagues locally and abroad. As part of the account team you will be closely working together with the account manager and the technical engineer. Furthermore, you will be dealing with Productiondepartment of our factories, the Supply Chain and Outbound Logistics.
Besides this you will be focusing on identifying areas for continual service improvement for your customers. Also, we would expect from you to continue to develop yourself, as you are never too old to learn. Which goes for all of us at Tata Steel as together we canasure to improve Our Company day by day.
Do you recognize yourself?

- You have a college or university degree
- You have at least 3 years of experience in customer services
- You are good in problem solving and quick in making decisions and strong in building and maintaining relations
- You are a great planner and are results driven
- You have an excellent understanding of the Polish language and a good knowledge in English and French
How does your place of work look like?
As part of a European-wide Sales organisation, Customer Services represents customers interests and the order management chain on operational level. Customer Services proactively follow the process of order registration up and until the delivery to the customer and where needed actions are implemented in order to make sure we can keep our commitments. This department is the interface between customers and sales on the one side and internal functions like: production, supply chain and transport on the other side.
