    Customer Service Representative

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    In the view of business growth, we are looking to strengthen our customer service team. The main task will be to provide effective, professional and proactive service for assigned portfolio of customers and report to Customer Service Manager for EMEA region.

    JOB RESPONSABILITIES

    • be primary contact person for assigned portfolio of customers
    • handling incoming e-mails and phone calls
    • register orders in ERP system
    • follow-up on order status and delivery status to assure on-time delivery at customer
    • complaints management together with dedicated team
    • pricing management in ERP system
    • efficient back-up of CSR colleagues

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    • passion to help customer and understanding of customer needs
    • excellent communication skills
    • previous experience at customer service
    • export orders handling experience would be advantage
    • fluent English and French (other European languages are advantage)
    • strong basic IT skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, Internet Explorer, etc.)
    • able to work independently when needed
    • stress resistant
    • flexible on task assignment
    • good team player
