Primary Responsibilities:

  • Processing incoming customer requests and orders.
  • Checking the orders against the customer and purchase order agreements.
  • Responding to customer product inquiries and issues in a timely manner.
  • Instructing and liaising with the warehouses, plants and forwarders to prepare and arrange the execution of the shipment of the goods.
  • Creating and monitoring outbound activities in order to complete the order.
  • Invoicing timely and accurately.
  • Handling the complaints and returning shipments.
  • Supporting and interfacing the Sales Representatives.
  • Maintaining, updating and filing the customer documents, record and internal documents.
  • Monitoring the credit situation of the customer and liaising with the credit department and the sales team.
  • Supporting cooperation with agents.
  • Updating Price Book.
  • Assisting in business reports, analysis and marketing activities such as brochures, fairs where needed.
  • Cooperation with authorized companies responsible for recovery and recycling of packaging waste.
  • Office administration duties.

Primary Requirements:

  • Ideally bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or related field.
  • Native in Polish and advanced in English with excellent communication skills.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience Customer Service positions within a similar position/industry preferable.
  • Experience in MS Office tools and ERP, SAP (must) and Salesforce.com experience is an asset.
  • Customer service-oriented attitude.
  • Multitasking ability and team player.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with complex business scenarios.
  • Detail and result oriented skills.
