The Medical Devices segment produces a broad range of innovative products used primarily by health care professionals in the fields of orthopaedics, neurovascular, surgery, vision care, infection prevention, cardiovascular disease, sports medicine, and aesthetics. This segment is comprised of One Ethicon, DePuy Synthes and Cardiovascular & Specialty Solutions.
Customer Service Representative
Location: Warsaw
Contract: full time, 12 months contract

Customer service representative will be responsible for processing inbound and outbound orders, enquiries, complaints and information through multiple methods of communication, daily communication with customers via phone and email.  Also accountable for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and correct order processing. 

YOUR responsibilities & duties:

  • Processing orders received from internal and external customers
  • Manage backorders information
  • Provide quality service and support in handling day-to-day activities of the customer service role for all customers in a perfect manner
  • Daily communication with customers via phone and email, positive phone presence is essential
  • Processing all customer returns
  • Credit & Debit Note Management
  • New Account creation Management
  • Dealing with customer complaints
  • Cooperation with logistic and finance A/R departments
  • Maintain SLA’s & EMA Metrics (including KPIs associated with role)
  • Support internal & Business Improvement initiatives
  • Outbound calling

  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Attention to details
  • Experience with ERP System is nice to have
  • Native in Polish, communicative in English
