Your responsibilities
effective service and communication as well as building long-term relationships with customers and entities cooperating in project Fancy Bears Metaverse,
preparing presentations and reports for the project,
responding to clients' needs and crisis situations,
close cooperation with the Project Management department,
implementation of the set goals and communication strategy,
representing and creating a good image of the organization.
Our requirements
experience in customer service in an advertising agency, influencer marketing or digital marketing,
good knowledge of digital marketing, e-commerce, social media,
english min. C2 level/native,
polish min B1/B2 level,
self-management,
availability and ability to react to changes,
resistance to stress and good manners.
Optional
knowledge of the NFT industry, interest in the metaverse,
additional language (French, German, Spanish).
