    We are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity in our office in Warsaw, a Customer Service Representative (maternity cover), working within Hasbro Poland Sp. z o.o., a sales services provider for Hasbro European Trading BV (HET), Hasbro SA’s distributor in Europe, which sells to HET’s customers in Poland.

    As part of HET long term growth strategy and expansion into the CEE region Hasbro Poland is seeking talent to help secure the growth and success. 

    Customer Service Representative - fixed term contract

    The Customer Service Representative will be a main contributor to ensure that Hasbro Poland helps to fulfils HET ambitious sales & profit targets in Czech Republic/Slovakia by:

    • Clear Understanding of Sales Goals, Business Objectives and Promotional Activities for Czech/Slovak Market
    • Integrated Order processing and professional customer relationship management
    • Pro-active support and cooperation with our Sales, Planning and 3rd Party Logistics Teams

    This position offers the opportunity to work in a small and dynamic Operations and Customer Service Team being a part of the worldwide organisation – securing world class product alignments by managing contrary tasks in a proactive communications and workflow style – internally and externally.

    You will be responsible for:

    Tracking, liaising and coordination of all dependencies within the customer service  in a timely efficient manner to support Hasbro growth on Czech/Slovak market, with the following main tasks:

    • Prove of Product availability and follow up of backorders; Product-Customer Allocations
    • Monitoring of Customer Credit Limits in close cooperation with KAM and clarifying open item with Finance

    Control and support for customer set up in SAP as well as price and conditions-maintenance in close cooperation with the SSC

    • Analysis, development and optimization of processes in close cooperation with cross functional departments

    The successful candidate will possess:

    • Experience– in FMCG or consumer goods working in Customer Service or similar environment will be an advantage
      • Ability to work in a matrix organisation
    • Strong Communication skills - internal and external proactive networking style
      • Good at English
      • Czech/Slovak knowledge will be an advantage
    • Hands-on Expertise –  in Software Applications
      • MS Office; excellent Excel knowledge
      • SAP/ERP System of advantage
    • Strong Analytical, Planning and Organizational Competences – distinct ability to prioritize
      • Close attention to details and high numeracy
      • Stress resistant, flexible approach and solution driven working capabilities
