Displate, founded in 2013 in Poland, is a global e-commerce platform where content creators have a new way to sell their designs and where everyone can buy uncommon products with graphics they love.

We are growing rapidly, we received The Hottest Startup in Poland Award by Tech5 and are planning to conquer the galaxy now! Sounds cool, doesn't it?

 

 

We are looking for a Superhero now who will reinforce our Client Experience team and will make sure that even more people, who live and breathe a good design, will be able to enjoy our displates. Join the movement as a:

Customer Service Representative
Warsaw
Miejsce pracy: Warszawa

You will be responsible for:

  • managing Customers needs over the e-mail/phone
  • resolve Customer requests and responding to questions
  • processing complaints and returns
  • delivering high quality standard service
  • cooperation with all company departments for efficient and comprehensive customer service
  • providing information about the products

We expect from you:

  • fluent English (written and spoken) knowledge of French/ Spanish/German would be an asset
  • strong communication and organizational skills
  • having interest in helping people, being tactful and polite person
  • strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • being smart user of MS Office products
  • pro-active, creative and "can-do" positive attitude
  • a collaborative team player willing to share knowledge
