Your responsibilities

Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling customer queries (phone, e-mail and chat) and supporting individual and business clients in incoming communication.

Our requirements

  • Very good knowledge of Danish (C1 level at least)

  • English language on a communivative level (B1)

  • Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong computer skills

  • Previous experience in customer service will be an asset
