Your responsibilities

  • Answering customer requests or inquiries in English;

  • Providing customers via phone or chat with innovative solutions to meet their needs;

  • Delivering first-class customer experience;

  • Creating a positive impression of the support team.

  • Excellent English written and spoken language skills are a must;

  • Availability to work on a shift schedule between Monday - Friday 10AM- 6PM
