Solenis is currently looking for a Customer Service Representative with English to join our team in Warsaw.
This is an office-based opportunity in Solenis SSC in Warsaw, and our new employee will begin their work in our brand new office near Rondo Daszynskiego M2 station.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Receive, enter, and manage customer orders - from order receipt to shipment of product and any returns (after sales service)
  • Respond to routine customer inquiries concerning orders
  • Track the status of orders, communicate issues and solutions
  • Maintain communication on a daily basis with customers and take action in order to respond on their needs
  • Support organization in optimization transport and logistic projects
  • Claims receiving from customers
  • Proactive work to solve customers’ complaints
  • Giving feedback to customers regarding the status of complaints
The Individual
  • Fluency in English both written and spoken;
  • Customer and service oriented attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Affinity with administrative activities
  • Team player, multitasking ability
  • Experienced in using Microsoft Windows applications and ERP Systems preferably SAP
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment with complex business scenarios
  • Must be detail oriented and have strong problem solving skills
