Your responsibilities
Order management – Perform different transactions in SAP: order booking, price & availability, billing etc.
Invoices and credit memos – Create and send documents to customers manually and using special IT platform.
Logistics - Monitor the complete delivery processes (e.g. Distribution Center and/or carrier) and arrange special deliveries on request.
Returns management and upgrades of devices.
Handle service complaints from customers and/or sales representatives.
Daily use of CRM tool (Salesforce) to register all incoming e-mails/requests from customers and sales .
Perform different analysis and maintenance of databases for customers.
Act effectively to resolve various issues in cooperation with supervisor/ coordinator and other team members if required
Our requirements
High level of English and Polish
Based in Warsaw or open to relocate
Flexible and open minded
Has standard computer skills (including MS Office)
IT literate and a fast learner
Able to work under pressure
Likes to work both independently and in a team

Works in line with EMEA Customer Care teams to support the achievement of sales growth to plan an increase Customer Satisfaction. Focus on customer support mainly order and returns management, problem solving, complaint handling.
