We are currently looking for candidates who speak French fluently and who are willing to develop their professional career in the area of international business services.
Your responsibilities
Daily e-mail and phone contact with French-speaking clients
Delivery of B2B Customer Service associated with the order fulfilment process
Completing the order process from receipt of customer orders through dispatch, delivery and then invoice
Responding to customer queries (e.g. order status, order amendments)
Monitoring customer account and order book status on a regular basis
Referring to availability/forecast issues for resolution with relevant parties
Close cooperation with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance and Logistic team members
Employer requirements
Fluent in French (C1)
Fluent in English (C1)
At least 6 months of professional experience (preferably in Customer Service or other office environment)
Very good communication skills
Analytical skills
Organizational skills
Solution-oriented and results driven
Knowledge of MS Excel and SAP would be an asset
