Your responsibilities
As member of Customer Service Representatives team You will be responsible for handling customer queries (phone and chat). Knowledge will be delivered during the training after which Your task would be to provide amazing customer experience.

- Very good knowledge of French (C1 level at least)
- Good knowledge of English
- Proactive and positive approach
- Ability to multitask
