Your responsibilities
Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling customer queries (phone, e-mail and chat) and supporting individual and business clients in incoming and outgoing communication.
Our requirements
very good knowledge of French (B2+ level or higher)
communicative level of English language (B1)
general IT knowledge (Windows, MS Office)
proactive and positive approach
ability to multitask
