Your responsibilities
- Handling customer orders and requests,
- Securing customer's order confirmations,
- Maintaining and updating prices and process the invoices,
- Daily following up on open and overdue customer orders,
- Ensuring efficient and proactive communication within the operation,
- Follow-ups on order delivery status,
- Ensuring following of procedures and make improvements,
- Reaching Global logistics target for the defined KPI's,
- Securing customer delivery service development,
- Ensuring close collaboration with Global Order Management and Supply chain,
- Providing support to the organization and customers, through involvement in meetings, writing communications, to guide, clarify doubts related with customer interfaces,
- Preparing and analyzing reports and spreadsheets to provide data and reports requested to support the business and respond to customers and upper management.
Our requirements
- University education (preferable from economics, international relations, sales, etc.) or other relevant area,
- Relevant knowledge and experience from customer supply,
- Computer skills at advance level (Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Outlook),
- Fluent in English and German languages,
- At least basic knowledge of SAP,
- Very good communication skills,
- Analytical, proactive and problem-solving skills,
- Performance, customer service, detail-oriented.
