Customer Service Specialist with German

Location: Kraków
KRK/CS/GER

About You! The job requires: 

  • Fluent German (C1/C2) and advanced English (B2/C1
  • Knowledge of SAP is mandatory 
  • Ability to take initiative and to prioritize 
  • Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills 
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced business environment in a similar position 
  • Professional phone etiquette 

After a morning coffee you will be responsible for: 

  • Active participation in the transition of a new project and design of new processes
  • Contacting customers mainly via phone and electronic channels 
  • Being the main point of contact for external and internal customers
  • Identify clients' additional needs and product advice
  • Contribute to the company’s growth by generating business opportunities with existing and prospective clients 
  • Driving growth alignment with Sales through additional inside sales activities
  • Building a company’s brand on the market while providing outstanding customer service
