Your responsibilities
Handle incoming emails
Create return orders in SAP, perform monitoring and resolve queries related to open returns
Actively cooperate and communicate with respective stakeholders and customers (also via phone)
Prepare and analyze reports
Propose improvements and participate in problem-solving initiatives
Our requirements
Bachelor’s or master’s degree
Fluency in German and English
Very good communication skills
Enthusiastic team player with proactive approach and can-do attitude
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Optional
Experience in SAP ERP and/or CRM
Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
