Your responsibilities
Providing excellent customer service through timely and accurate processing of information and contributing to data management: governance and data cleansing activities
Validating and entering data (e.g. orders, applications, generic data maintenance, resignation, and renewal) for multiple countries
Checking documents and information for completeness and correctness
Accurately entering and updating data records in various IT Systems
Contributing to high data quality and applying data governance standards
Monitoring and maintaining inbound channels and document workflow
Collaborating with other departments and foreign affiliate offices
Protecting personal database and applies all legal requirements in regard to personal data protection
Our requirements
Good knowledge of Greek (B1 level)
Good knowledge of English
Knowledge of other European languages would be an asset for us
Bachelor University Degree
Previous working experience with customers in a service-oriented area
Proficiency in working with IT systems
Keyboard skills
Detail-oriented working style, able to combine and analyze critical information considering the needs of the business
Strong focus on internal and external customers
Enthusiastic approach to team work
Flexibility and ability to manage pressure and time work
