    We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with great energy to participate fully in supporting us to achieve our 2019 goals and strategy. The candidate we seek is not afraid to jump in and hit the ground running, is an excellent communicator and understands the importance of delivering excellence in customer service within a multi-cultural and multi-language environment.

    Are you who we are looking for?

    Responsibilities:

    • Handling queries from customers and/or representatives by email and telephone
    • Preparing simple customer-activity reports
    • Translating short materials for our support page, newsletters and other customer-facing communication
    • Attending training, and staying informed about the new procedures, products and services to ensure the quality of service when dealing with customers
    • Occasionally: travelling with other employees to help organize company international and country events

    Requirements:

    • Fluency in Hungarian (min. B2+/C1)
    • Fluency in English both spoken and written (min. B2+/C1)
    • Knowledge of the Polish language is considered a plus
    • Customer service oriented with strong focus on customer satisfaction.
    • Professional telephone & email etiquette
    • Being able to learn and implement quickly
    • Ability to manage several tasks and projects at once
    • Self-motivated with willingness to learn new skills
    • At least 1 year of professional experience (preferably in customer support and/or online sales)
    • Knowledge of hemp industry is a plus
