Your responsibilities
Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling customer queries (phone, e-mail and chat) and supporting individual and business clients in incoming communication.
Our requirements
Very good knowledge of Swedish (C1 level at least)
English language on a communivative level (B1)
Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong computer skills
Previous experience in customer service will be an asset
