Your responsibilities

  • Answering customer requests or enquiries in French;

  • Providing customers via phone with innovative solutions to meet their needs;

  • Delivering first-class customer experience;

  • Creating a positive impression of the support team;

Our requirements

  • Perfect French language skills are a must;

  • Good knowledge of English, B1/B2;

  • Availability to work 5 days a week between 7.30am to 7pm from Monday to Saturday (full time).
