Your responsibilities

  • Supporting Key Account Manager in daily workload

  • Preparing offers in accordance with client’s requirements, cross-selling

  • Handling and managing the sales mailbox, distributing mails to a person in charge

  • Daily contact with our business partners

  • Supporting projects when required

  • Preparing creative newsletters presenting our novelties

  • Co-operating with other departments on a daily basis

Our requirements

  • Fluent English (min. B2 level)

  • 1-year experience in dealing with business customers

  • Customer-oriented attitude

  • Self-motivated, organized, able to prioritize work

  • Very good working knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel)

  • Very strong organizational and analytical skills

  • Very Good communication & interpersonal skills

  • French language would be an additional asset
