Your responsibilities

  • Support for Customer Service Representatives in account management. First contact for all incoming calls (customers, forwarding agents, Service Center etc.)Service and support existing customers in the Baltics and supporting Asset Management activities.

  • First contact for all incoming calls (customers, forwarding agents, Service Center etc.) in assigned region

  • Identify the causes of problems and preventing their re-occurrence

  • Propose professional, rapid and competent solutions to customers' queries or correct forwarding them to other CHEP departments

  • Preparing and generating reports of current activity

  • Coordination of activities related to the planning and execution of audits

  • Managing proper asset flows in the entrusted region

  • Administrative support of Field staff (setting up new customers, adding new accounts to the system and preparing documents for customers);

  • Review the performance of customers versus KPIs for account control

  • Administration of Salesforce (system to support and control of sales process);

  • Participation in current department projects and other tasks as delegated by the Manager.

  • Development of cooperation with other departments/external companies to support business growth and acquire new customers

Our requirements

  • University degree

  • 1 - 2 years of the customer service

  • Microsoft Office knowledge, especially Excel

  • Having worked in a Customer Service Team environment that solely focuses on investigating and analysing data to resolve issues.

  • Direct customer liaising
