Your responsibilities

  • Provide consultancy for potential customers, development contracts and delivery of samples;

  • Customer relationship management according company defined working frame;

  • Permanent update of customer management documents;

  • Sales force office support (reports, commercial offers, contracts, CRM update);

  • Managing the internal communication between relevant departments and production sites;

  • Managing the customer complaints.

Our requirements

  • University degree;

  • Very good communication skills;

  • Attention to detail and accuracy;

  • Relevant experience in a similar position;

  • Good standard of IT-skills, SAP knowledge is an advantage;

  • Good English knowledge, German language can be considered an advantage.
