Customer Service Specialist

Your responsibilities

  • Cooperating with and maintaining a very good relationship with the Logistics and Purchasing Departments of the Client’s company

  • Executing customers’ orders in accordance with agreed contracts (production, deliveries)

  • Ensuring execution of the sales plan by customer

  • Controlling stock, receivables, returnable packages balance, and preparing relevant reports

  • Supporting Sales Managers in developing markets

Our requirements

  • University degree (economy, international trade preferred)

  • Very good level of English (B2 minimum)

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build good relationships with clients

  • Good analytical skills

  • Team player with good problem solving skills, self-reliant

  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially in MS Excel

  • SAP experience will be an advantage

  • Experience in a similar position in an international environment and knowledge of German would be an advantage
