Your responsibilities

  • Cooperate with our long-standing customers via phone and email on a daily basis

  • Answer customers questions, manage their purchase orders and make sure they are satisfied with our service

  • Cooperate with our other internal departments, you’ll become knowledgeable in logistics processes such as demand, production, and planning transportation

  • Work in team - our team members cooperate and support each other, providing back-up as necessary

Our requirements

  • Fluent knowledge of French (C1)

  • Good knowledge of English and Polish (B1/B2)

  • Ability to learn quickly

  • Action and detail orientation

  • Good analytical and organizational skills

  • Eagerness to make your own decisions

  • Experience in Customer Service is a plus, but not reqiured. We will teach you all you need to know
