For one of our Client, leading IT Company we are currently looking for :

Customer Service Specialist (HR)

Job Description 

  • Receive and manage in-coming phone enquiries.
  • Support employees, managers and HR with established generalist and regional processes (I.e. vacation, leave of absence, benefits selections, compensation and reporting changes).
  • Thorough use of the available knowledge management tools to research issues and use of the relevant escalation paths where needed.

Requirements 

  • Any fields of study are welcome – you need to demonstrate your transferable skills.
  • Graduate or professional with 1-2 years of Customer Service / Call Center experience.
  • Fluent English required.
  • HR tools and systems experience is an advantage but not essential.

Offer

  • Contract for 12 months (regular employment contract or B2B)
  • Opportunity to develop in other departments after contract expiry.
