    Customer Service Specialist in Supply Chain Area

    Responsibilities
    • Executing, supporting and monitoring a variety of logistical activities
    • Contact with clients and solving incidents and requests 
    • Inventory follow-up, cost-follow-up transport related monitoring
    • Inbound and outbound administration
    • Follow-up priority shipments/containers
    • Handling and management of various logistical issues, transportation tests, special deliveries, insurance files
    • Assisting in making up and  analysing a variety of periodic reports
    • Taking appropriate countermeasures in a wide range of areas
    Requirements
    • Practical experience in similar (logistical) position - nice to have 
    • Previous experience in Customer Service or Collections 
    • Knowledge of Inco-terms and logistical processes will be an asset
    • High customer service orientation
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Ability to work in a fast paced, performance based environment
    • Good command in English
