Customer Service Specialist

What will you do as a Customer Service and Support?

• Provide technical support to partners and customers in technologies, products and solutions.
• Customer services: resolve basic technical problems, depending on the customers' need by phone or e-mail.
• Around the world Customers’ support, especially from Latin America
• Requests’ transmission from Customers to dedicated departments

What will prepare you for success?

• English and Spanish strong written and verbal communication skills to handle customer issues and problems
• Experience in working with a customer (asset)
• Basic knowledge of the IT industry and the willingness to develop thisdirection
• Ability to work 24/7 (12-hours shift, four days a week)
• Another advantage is knowledge of ITIL Incident Management, Cisco devices
• Ability to communicate effectively both with technical and non-technical people
