Your responsibilities

  • Partner with our customer to effectively resolve issues through email, chat and sometimes phone.
  • Answer how-to questions and help customers navigate our web site and app.
  • Communicate thoughtful, customized solutions that help customers move forward and grow their business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, to identify opportunities for existing customers to use more of our services.
  • Show composure, resilience and flexibility as customer needs evolve and case volume changes.
  • Representing ZEN online at all times.

Our requirements

  • Customer service experience.
  • Basic knowledge about finance industry.
  • The ability to multi-task and stay organized.
  • Outstanding communication skills and experience working on a team.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • A friendly and professional demeanor.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to work quickly under pressure.
  • Ability to shift work.
  • Fluent English and Polish
