Your responsibilities
Caring for the sales development through the implementation of "Order-to-cash" process (starting from the order, through his service; customer claim handling and execution)
Building and maintaining good relationships with internal and external customers and taking care of them; phone and e-mail contact with customers (update on delivery of products), answering product and service questions, solving logistics issues, participation in global productivity projects
Cooperation and coordination of operational activities with other departments of the company in terms of customer orders (local Sales and Marketing, Warehouse; Financial Controlling, Plannists, Transport Company)
Processing customer orders in SAP
Solving the claims of customers
Create and maintain customer credit and debit notes
Our requirements
Work experience in customer service
Problem-solving oriented
Attention to detail
Great organization skills
Multi-tasking skills
Team spirit
Experience in working on SAP system will be an asset
Excellent interpersonal skills
Fluent Polish, good knowledge of English
