Your responsibilities

  • The International Customer Service group is responsible for processing of Export, Import, Domestic orders. The group handles:

  • Order Entry – process and support

  • Management of international shipment from origin to destination

  • Container shipment booking, track and tracing of container movements

  • Working with freight forwarders, port consolidators

  • Obtaining international and domestic transportation rates, quotes

  • Processing EU, Domestic and outside EU orders

  • Scheduling the production plan with Production Manager

  • ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Status update of orders to customers

  • Confirmation of orders and delivering timely shipment documentation to customers

  • Scheduling of orders into production scheduling

  • Scheduling shipments with freight forwarders

  • Entry of order information into computer system

  • Follow corporate expectations closely participating in Operational Excellence and key departmental goals

  • High attention to duty to ensure pricing accuracy and reduce unnecessary credit memo requests

  • Assist with customer focused requirements, forwarding requests to correct CETCO employees where applicable

Our requirements

  • DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • A background in working in Customer Service specific to a manufacturing role, with an understanding of the communication required in this type of industry

  • Excellent customer focus

  • Able to quickly develop basic understanding of International order information flow

  • Accuracy and timeliness in communications

  • Data entry skills

  • Good customer service phone skills, email etiquette

  • Good core communication skills with the ability to programme orders minimizing any customer disappointment

  • Demonstration of at least one year’s experience with a reputable and well known Sales Data entry package. Oracle would be preferable, but skills from other data entry systems would be transferrable

  • Strong IT skills:- Oracle ERP system, Microsoft office products (Office 365, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) essential

  • Language: English and Polish (required) (good communication skills, written and verbal)

  • Language: Spanish and / or German (desired but not essential)
