Your responsibilities

  • Customer Service Specialist deliver an ultimate customer experience by being responsible for daily contact with customers and ensuring that service meets expected criteria.

  • Handling professionally and in a timely manner clients inquiries related to company’s products and service (including orders, complaints, returns)

  • Analyzing & placing orders and data in SAP as well as monitoring product inventory

  • Prioritizing and resolving independently the most complex issues (pre- and after-sales inquiries), adhering to company policies and procedures

  • Working closely with international operational teams and local sales teams in pursuing customer needs and to resolve the most complex issues (pre- and after-sales inquiries)

  • Building a constructive and pleasant relationship with dedicated customers, providing and consolidating their positive customer experience

  • Participating and contributing to efforts of improving service delivery such as identify solutions, involve cross-functional teams.

Our requirements

  • Min. 3 years of experience as a Customer Service Specialist (international company)

  • High level of customer orientation towards internal and external clients

  • English written and oral communication skills (min. B2)

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills

  • Min. 1 year of experience in working with SAP SD module

  • Knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud is an advantage
