    with headquarter in central Poland (Aleksandrów Łódzki) is one of the biggest European companies working on the field of textile and industrial yarns (production/dyeing/distribution on European scale).
    In order to maintain consistent growth in export sales (B2B) we keep building up our highly effective Export Team for which we are looking for extraordinary candidates to join as: 

    Customer Service Specialist / Sales Account Manager
    DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)

    Miejsce pracy: Aleksandrów Łódzki, Łódź

     

    Your key focus will be to increase the turnover of your area by providing best possible service to our existing Customers as well as by gaining new Accounts.
     
    In your day-to-day activity you will:
    • process Customer’s sales orders;
    • answer inquiries both over the phone as well as in writing;
    • proactively prospect new Customers via phone and email;
    • prepare sales offers;
    • inform customers and prospects of marketing actions run by the company;
    • manage customers’ data (updating and extending customers’ database, creating customers’ cards);
    • identify market’s needs and look for innovative solutions in cooperation with our R&D department;
    • possibly visit our Customers / Prospects to build up business relationships (to be agreed upon with the Candidate).

    To fulfill job requirements our ideal candidate should:

    • have higher education (university degree or during studies but with full availability in working week);
    • use German language (written and spoken) at minimum C1/C2 level (German at native level being a strong advantage);
    • use English language (written and spoken) at minimum working level;
    • be computer literate (very good knowledge of MS Office – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet);
    • be highly motivated to work in sales environment where communication and interpersonal skills as well as analytical, problem-solving and teamwork abilities are a must;
    • show energy and personal commitment in fulfilling everyday duties / meeting deadlines;
    • possess a category B driving licence.
     
    Good organizational skills, working experience on position in sales department and open-minded attitude to new challenges will make the profile complete.
