Customer Service Specialist – SAP Key User

Your responsibilities
- Active participation in the implementation of the SAP system,
- Participating in the creation of procedures and instruction in the Customer Service Office,
- Getting to know ISO standards,
- Participating in the recruitment process of Customer Service Team,
- Training new staff in procedures, IT system, etc.,
- Processing and managing customer orders from order receipt to product delivery (SAP / CRM),
- Proactive communication with customers regarding any changes to fulfillment the order,
- Receiving and registering complains and supervising the complaint process,
- Regular review of all processes, procedures, instructions and improvement of them,
- Creating and updating user manual (SAP),
- Development of training system in the Customer Service Office,
- Cooperating with the team responsible for the SAP system in the Group,
- Cooperating with Key Account Manager (Sales Office).
Our requirements
- Experience in SAP (modules SD, WM, MM, PP),
- Experience in implementing SAP in the company or training staff in SD SAP module,
- English language proficiency enabling free business communication (speeking and writing),
- Experience in customer service – minimum of 3 years experience in a production environment – at least one year,
- Skilled in MS Office (Outlook, Excel and Word),
- Communicativeness, enthusiasm, professionalism,
- Ability to work under pressure, ability to work in a team,
- Good time management and the ability to work independently.
