Customer Service Specialist

- Handling incoming phone calls and e-mails from foreign customers;
- Ensuring a high standard of customer services;
- Analyzing technical issues related to computer usage;
- Cooperating with other departments.
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of English (additional European language knowledge as advantage);
- Positive and can-do attitude;
- Well-developed communication skills;
- Knowledge of the MS Office software.
