Your responsibilities

  • Cooperate in English with North American customers via phone and email on a daily basis. It is important to us that team members cooperate and support each other, providing back up as necessary.

  • Be responsible for our long-standing customers in North America. You will answer their questions, manage their purchase orders and ensure satisfaction with our service. The relationship we have with our customers is crucial and you will have an impact on it.

  • Cooperate with internal departments of Sylvamo and you will get to know logistics processes such as demand, production and transportation planning. You will also learn about pricing, sales and marketing-related processes in order to manage your customer accounts successfully.

  • Have the opportunity to develop or utilize analytical skills you already have.

Our requirements

  • Ability to work full-time in the afternoon and evening hours, from Monday through Friday (2PM – 11PM)

  • Fluency in spoken and written English

  • Eagerness to work in a team environment

  • Ability to learn quickly

  • Confidence in making your own decisions and taking responsibility for your actions

  • Ability to multitask and process high volumes of data accurately and efficiently

  • Analytical skills

  • Good organizational skills

  • Previous work experience or educational background in hospitality, supply chain or customer service (will be a plus)

  • Experience in working with international customers (will be a plus)
