Customer Service Specialist

For Our client, an international organization specialized in marketplace for high-quality used cars, we are currently searching for Candidates for the postion of Customer Service Specialist. 

You will be responsible for:

• Providing pre-and post-sale support for B2B customers purchasing vehicles
• Establishing and maintaining relationship with the purchasers
• Communicate with the customers according to their needs in a professional, positive and courteous manner
• Handling complaints
• New accounts registrations
• Customer performance management
• Management / maintenance of the database of purchasers of used vehicles.

We are looking for Candidates who have:

• Higher education
• Excellent communication skills, openness, ability to work in a team;
• Experience in sales would be an advantage
• Knowledge of English at a good level in speech and writing
• Knowledge of the communicative/good level in speach and writing of least one language from: German, Spanish, French, Italian, Russian.
• Strong attitude towards achieving goals
• Ability to work under pressure of time and results
• Independence in action
• Good organization of work (accuracy, timeliness, reliability, ability to prioritize responsibilities);
• Ability to adapt to dynamically developing work environment
• Sensitivity to customer needs;
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools.
