Customer Service Specialist

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping close and continuous contact with customers, recognizing their service needing and providing a high level of customer service for Advantech Customers who return items for repair.

Your job will consist of the following tasks:

• You will be replying emails from all our customers across Europe;

• You will provide information about the repair process;

• You will give updates and feedback about the repair process;

• You will be responsible for answering questions;

• You will be processing invoices and shipping documents.
