communicating effectively with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media
responsible for ensuring call resolution promptly while maintaining the highest level of quality support in every customer interaction
provide prompt, reliable, and accurate information to customers
recognize and adjust support approach to accommodate all levels of customer’s experience
escalate issues to the appropriate department
day-to-day communication with the team
preferably previous experience in a similar role
excellent customer service skills
near Native or Native level of Croatian (min. C1)
written and verbal fluency in Polish or English (min. B2)
strong written, verbal, and organizational skills
able to work independently
excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
strong multi-tasking skills
ability to negotiate with customers on various solutions
ability to listen and identify root problems
