Your responsibilities

  • Handling emails and phone calls in Czech or Slovak related to's full offer: airline tickets, hotel reservations, travel insurance, car rentals, online check-in;

  • Providing professional customer support in travel planning;

  • Post-sale servicing of reservations in eSky internal tools and international reservation systems (Amadeus, Sabre);

  • Contacting airlines;

  • Constant communication and cooperation with other departments in the company.

Our requirements

  • Fluent Czech or Slovak;

  • English language skills at a communicative level;

  • Openness to learning new technologies.


  • Interest in the travel industry.
