Recruitment for
For our Client, global technology leader, we are looking for Czech and Slovak speakers interested in the position of Customer Service Specialist.
Your responsibilities
- daily contacting clients via phone/email using Czech and Slovak language,
- answering client questions according to orders statuses or delivery time,
- solving clients' problems and complaints,
- close cooperation with finance and procurement departments,
- administrations and classification of queries in the SAP system.
Employer requirements
- previous experience in customer service,
- very good command of Czech, Slovak (min. B2),
- very good command of English (min. B2),
- university degree,
- knowledge of SAP system as an asset.
