Your responsibilities
providing a premium brand experience and service to eCommerce customers
assisting customers with purchasing products, order enquiries and after sales enquiries via phone, chat and e-mail
participating in product promotion campaigns
communicating key consumer feedback to Team Leaders within the Customer Experience Team
Employer requirements
advanced English + Dutch/Potuguese skills (B2 level or above)
high school diploma or equivalent
customer service experience (retail, shared services background preferred)
good knowledge of the Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, etc.), Social Media and the Internet
Optional
SAP/ERP knowledge would be an advantage, but not essential
