Customer Service Specialist with Dutch

Your responsibilities

  • In this position, you will be able to use your proactive and problem-solving geared mindset while dealing with interesting cases of varying complexity.

  • Receipt and validation of order forms from Sales representatives and translate to order entry in SAP

  • Maintain and pro-actively coordinate open order book on Big Capital equipment in alignment with Sales OPS leads. Proactively engage with Supply Planning to understand the status of incoming goods.

  • Order allocation and coordination of order blocks in SAP with cross-functional teams such as RA, Finance, Pricing etc.

  • Communicate and coordinate the created outbound deliveries with 3PL for outbound pick/pack/ship including the request of loading reference to the Transport office.

  • Communicate and coordinate the pick-up and delivery schedule with the preferred Transport company.

  • Communicate and coordinate the delivery schedule with the Field Service Engineers

  • Create return orders of Big Capital equipment and coordinate the collection with the preferred Transport company.

  • Generate invoices for Big Capital orders and act as the main point of contact for Finance in case of queries on invoicing

Our requirements

  • Spoken and written proficiency in English is a must (minimum C1 or equivalent);

  • Comfortable with M.S. Office – Excel and willingness to develop

  • Proactive and investigative mindset as well as a high level of attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

  • Team-player who at the same time work independently on moderately complex projects with general supervision.

  • Being willing to recommend enhancements in processes to solve problems or improve effectiveness.


  • Experience within a Financial Shared Services Environment or Customer Care.

  • Experience in using SAP.

  • Advanced Excel knowledge (VBA);

  • Foreign language knowledge (Dutch, Spanish, French, Italian)
