- Supporting and solving our Customers’ problems (inbound and outbound calls, mails, social media communication)
- Contacting our Partners to resolve different queries (rates, availability etc)
- Providing valid and accurate information using the right tools
- Ensuring a high level of Customer Service and a positive Customer Experience
Nasze wymagania
- Proficiency in English and German is mandatory, both written and verbal (min. B2)
- Any other language would be an asset! (especially French, Spanish, Italian)
- Quick learner
