Your responsibilities

  • Cooperate with our European customers via phone and email on daily basis

  • Be responsible for servicing our long-standing customers in Europe. As a main point of contact, you will answer their questions, manage their purchase orders and ensure their satisfaction

  • Cooperate with internal departments of Sylvamo

  • Learn about pricing, sales and marketing-related processes in order to successfully manage your customer accounts and feel comfortable to quote customers in close conjunction with our Sales Team

  • Be responsible for customer accounts and make tactical decisions based on strategy jointly agreed with the Sales Team

  • Have the opportunity to use your analytical skills

Our requirements

  • Good knowledge of English

  • Ability to learn quickly

  • Action and detail orientation

  • Ability to multitask and process high volume of data accurately and efficiently

  • Good analytical and organizational skills

  • No previous experience is required; (bachelor or master degree will be a plus)

Why this job is for you

You will learn how we build and manage relationships with our customers. You will act as an ambassador for your customers and be a link between the customers and Sylvamo’s departments. You’ll also have the chance to be involved in business projects or the implementation of process improvements.

We recruit fast and have a very effective on-boarding process and trainings that will help you settle in your new job easily. We will teach you about papermaking, our internal business processes and how to manage orders in our system. You will become knowledgeable in Supply Chain processes such as demand, production, and planning transportation.

We are not a call center and do not do ‘cold callings’.

Our office has been based in the center of Krakow for 17 years now, so you can access it easily by public transport.
