Twój zakres obowiązków
Plan, coordinate and execute management of order entry, logistics and shipment within Whelen Europe’s operation.
Direct and coordinate all aspects of order cycle as well as shipment of finished goods to our European customer base.
Keep track of quality, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency of the operation.
Manage order entry process for inbound orders from customer base.
Interface with European customer base when needed to resolve order or shipment issues that may arise.
Interface with the accounting and order entry software.
Proven working experience as a Logistics or Customer Service.
Record of successful distribution and/or logistics.
Demonstrable ability to handle multiple tasks and IT systems.
Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
BS in Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain Management preferred.
Fluent in English as a second language
